Shubashree holds a Master’s degree in Management & Psychology and Diploma from Cambridge University in Training, is a Mumbaite by birth and lives in Chennai. She speaks English, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada fluently
Shubashree is a “People Enabler” and comes with extensive experience and finely honed abilities in the HR function including Senior Management (more than two decades in the Industry) and possess a breadth of knowledge and talent that will allow her to contribute towards the success of an Organization.
She works as a certified POSH and a POCSO Torchbearer by facilitating mandatory awareness programs and training.
Sreela Kaushik
Sreela Kaushik is a Postgraduate with an M.Phil degree in English Language and Literature. She worked as a Lecturer of English Literature and Language at the Ethiraj College, Chennai, teaching English major undergraduate and postgraduate students.
She is a corporate training consultant and an academician with forty years of extensive experience. She has designed and delivered more than 1800 training programmes in various fields such as corporate soft skills, coaching skills, leadership and managerial Skills, and technical documentation to over 5000 participants. She also conducted various ‘Train the Trainer programs and successfully coached senior faculty of colleges and schools in areas such as Motivation, Problem-solving, Creative Thinking, and Teaching Methodologies.
She has facilitated training programmes with organizations such as IBM, Deloitte, Ebay/PayPal (China and India), Cisco, Intel-Infeneon, TCS, Infosys, KAAR Technologies, Thales Software, CIKS, Airtel, to name a few. Educational institutions such as IIT, Chennai, LIBA, SMOT, St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, A.M.Jain College and the IMS Institute have also been her clients.
She has also trained software professionals in Business writing and Engineering writing skills as well as Interpersonal Communications skills.
Aruna
Ms.Aruna strongly believes in ‘Teaching is the royal way of learning’.
Aruna is a qualified Cost Accountant and Company Secretary with over 18 years of experience. Having started her career with an IT firm in 2005, she worked with French, German, and US MNC’s and is instrumental in helping the companies set up their manufacturing plants in India. Aruna has the ability to focus on compliance and internal controls to business planning and plays a vital role in influencing company strategy. Her opinions are highly valued, people trust and respect her judgments Solving this problem, is the expertise of Ms. Aruna Nandigama. She steps in to understand the gap in the system, works out a schedule for the client to conduct sessions to the users.
